Our July meeting at Hotel Conneaut was a “fun” event and featured some short skits of some “hysterical historical memories” from the past 10 years – since we first organized in 1999.

We had a great turnout with close to 200 people! Many people have expressed how impressed they were with not only the program and turnout, but how much history we presented. Needless to say, we had a fun time and many guests presented some real talent!

We were especially grateful to the non-members who always agree to join us and help make our production so professional! Our whistling tummies were once again the hit of the show!

We have a lot of laughs, but also take our mission seriously as we preserve our history for the future. The special program was not a fundraiser, but we did have a 50-50 and Tim Kaider, mayor of Conneaut Lake, was the winner. He gave his winnings of $108 back to the society, meaning we received more than $200 that night. We also received some donations.
