Conneaut Lake Area Historical Society

We still have unique items for sale in our gift shop and with Christmas coming, there’s no better time to check us out.

We have a very limited supply of the “Lovely Spot” book, which is a reproduction of a book given to railroad passengers who came to Exposition Park in the early 1900s. We have only 15 books let, so if you are thinking about this book, please don’t wait. It’s only $10.

Also limited is the number of decks of cards available. We have fewer than 50. The cards have been quite popular. Each card has a different Conneaut Lake scene and we give you a list of the cards and a brief explanation of what they are. These are neat souvenir pieces as well as educational.

Of course, we have a lot of other items as well. Our special item is the double matted framed picture of four buildings at Conneaut Lake Park done in gold. The work of art sells for $229, plus tax. We usually have two of each type on hand for immediate sale. However, if those are gone you have to special order these and it generally takes two weeks. So if you are thinking of something unique and special, check out our gift shop.

Also, we will be at Pumpkin Fest on Oct. 9, 10 and 11 and will have the items available there as well.
