No Meetings Until March

With winter here now, the society will not hold any monthly meetings until March when the weather is hopefully a little nicer and roads are clear.

Have a nice winter!

Our monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at the Sportsman's Club in Conneaut Lake.  It is open to public free of charge. Hall is handicapped accessible and smoke free. Refreshments will follow the program.

Palmiero Toyota Give Back

Our historical society was one of the top 13 participants in terms of votes cast and we received $1,500!

Thanks to everyone who went to cast a ballot to help us be so successful.

This program is such a great opportunity, and we are grateful to Palmiero Toyota for its generosity.

Christmas Party

Once again, we had a beautiful Christmas party at the Iroquois Club with nearly 60 members and guests in attendance.

Following a great meal, musical entertainment with group singing was provided by Tim McKay, guitarist; and Roberta Alexander, pianist; with Carolyn Melby leading the singing. It was a nice time.

Will and Lynn Hilton donated a beautiful Christmas centerpiece, which was one by Paula Hilton. Her husband, Bob, who is Kate Hilton's nephew, won the traditional Kate Hilton painting.

Another tradition continued as Santa Claus, AKA Sherman Allen, and his wife, Arvilla, made their appearance and gave everyone an apple!

We thank all of our special guests and the Hilton's for their beautiful arrangement, given in memory of their mom
