Upcoming Meetings

No Meetings Until March 2024

We will resume regularly scheduled meetings in March 2024. Enjoy the winter!

Our monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at the Sportsman's Club in Conneaut Lake. It is open to public free of charge. Hall is handicapped accessible and smoke free. Refreshments will follow the program.

Palmiero Toyota Program

Thank you to everyone who went to Palmiero-Toyota and voted for the historical society in November.

We received a check for $1,125.

Crawford Gives

We received a check from the Crawford Gives Program directed by Crawford Heritage Community Foundation for $7,810. Thank you to all who made donations in the August promotion.

We appreciate every donation.

Happy Holidays

We will take a break during winter and resume our programs in March.

Museum Closed

The museum is closed for the winter. However, if you need a tour you may call Chuck Groger at 814-382-8722 to schedule an appointment.

We will re-open in May.

The program committee is asking for suggestions for possible programs in 2024.

New Membership Policy

The board has adopted a new policy regarding membership renewals.

In the past, members have been kept on the rolls for three years without payment before they were removed from the rolls.

Because of insurance rules, that has been changed.

Members will be advised in the September newsletter about dues being payable for the following year.

All annual dues are due by January 1 of each year.

Members who don't pay by Jan. 15th will be notified.

The final notice will be given March 1st and if no payment is received by March 31, your name will be removed from our rolls.

Membership

We are always accepting new members. Cost is only $12 a year or $150 for a lifetime.

If you would like to join, just send us a check and your information: Name, address, phone number, email, and any special interest you may have.

If you are a member and would like to serve on a special committee, please contact Chuck Groger at 814-382-8722. We welcome new members and new committee members!
